We currently offer free shipping on Ridge. Stock is held in Melbourne. Confirm delivery availability for your postcode and the access required before payment, especially for remote locations, islands or restricted-access properties.
This is a large item: the supplier lists a packed weight of 65kg and a carton measuring 142 × 32 × 74cm. Tell us about steps, narrow access, unloading limitations or a business delivery address so the team can confirm the appropriate arrangement.
Before dispatch

- Add the destination postcode and state on the order page.
- Tell us any access requirements or timing questions.
- The team confirms colour availability, delivery arrangements and payment before dispatch.
An enquiry is not a completed order. If your location cannot be serviced under the confirmed arrangement, the team will discuss the options with you before payment.
Dispatch and transit are separate.
We confirm the expected dispatch window and available carrier information for your order. Transit varies by destination and service. Do not arrange a ride or collection around an unconfirmed arrival date. If you need an update after ordering, contact us with your order reference.
Collection by arrangement
Confirm the location, appointment and selected finish with the team before travelling. Ask whether the bike will be boxed or assembled, and check that your vehicle and loading arrangements are suitable. Do not use an office or registered address as an assumed collection point.
When your bike arrives
Check the packaging and included items against the supplied information. Keep the packaging while checking the bike and contact the team promptly if something is damaged or missing. Follow the correct assembly instructions before riding.
Queensland purchases
Sales of off-road motorbikes to buyers under 16 are prohibited in Queensland. Proof of purchaser age is required before a relevant sale is completed. The team will explain the appropriate verification process; do not send identity documents in public comments.
