Put the listed measurements together.
The supplier lists Ridge at 1,600 × 760 × 1,050 mm, with a 800 mm seat height and a 1,100 mm wheelbase. Its listed bike weight is 60 kg. Keep these figures together when assessing the bike; selecting one attractive number can leave an important practical question unanswered.
The dimensions are a starting point for planning. Add your own observations about the rider’s reach, turning space and clearance along the access route. The current specification table is the reference for the listed values. Ask about any dimension you need that is not shown there.

Consider the rider at a standstill.
Seat height alone cannot tell you whether a rider can manage Ridge. Think about getting on and off, reaching the ground and controls while wearing appropriate riding gear, and handling the weight while stationary or walking the bike. Riding experience and the intended setting belong in the same conversation.
The supplier-listed maximum load of 120 kg is not a suitability assessment for everyone below that weight. An age label or a comparison with a bicycle cannot replace checking the rider’s control and experience. Use the rider-fit questions and ask the team about a closer look if those questions remain unresolved.

Walk the storage route.
Separate “there is a place to park it” from “we can get it there.” Measure your intended space and note the narrowest gate or doorway on the route. Include bends, steps and places where you would need to change direction. Record those observations before requesting advice about access.
Use the listed bike dimensions as a starting reference and allow for manoeuvring. Check whether the route leaves practical clearance, especially at corners and where you need to change direction. Consider room for people to move around it and a practical route back out. For charging and storage conditions, follow the instructions for your actual bike and battery rather than this space-planning worksheet.

Check the carton separately.
The packed item has its own figures: 142 × 32 × 74 cm and 65 kg, supplier-listed. Use the carton figures for a boxed handover and the bike figures when discussing an assembled collection. Confirm which format applies to your order before choosing transport.
For collection, ask the team about the loading arrangement, then check your vehicle’s usable space and carrying requirements. Keep the vehicle’s transport capacity separate from the bike’s maximum rider load when making those checks. Tell the team about relevant loading limitations. Keep the appointment and collection address in writing; a registered or office address is not an assumed pickup point.

Build a fit-and-space worksheet.
Use three columns in a note: listed reference, my observation and question to confirm. That keeps product data separate from what you have actually checked.
- Rider: seat height and bike weight; reach and stationary handling questions.
- Storage: bike dimensions; measured space, narrow access and turns.
- Transport: boxed or assembled; vehicle space and loading arrangement.
- Use: intended off-road location; permission and venue requirements to check.
Mark a blank field as unresolved. A worksheet with one honest open question is more useful than a complete-looking sheet built on assumptions.
Turn your measurements into a clear enquiry.
Send the specific question that will change your decision: “I have measured this access route; can we discuss the delivery arrangement?” or “I need help interpreting seat height and stationary handling before choosing.” Include your preferred finish and postcode for a purchase enquiry.
Ridge is offered for off-road use. Confirm an appropriate permitted riding location alongside fit, storage and transport. Use the completed worksheet to identify which rider or venue questions still need a closer look. When the access plan is ready, continue with the delivery and collection worksheet.
