Ridge is offered for off-road use. Check the rules and permissions for your intended riding location. Do not assume that an off-road bike can be used on public roads, footpaths or bicycle paths.
How do I check rider fit?
Start with the listed 800 mm seat height and 60 kg bike weight, then consider reach, control, riding experience and the intended setting. Age alone does not determine fit. Our rider-fit guide explains the questions to work through.
Is shipping included?
We currently offer free shipping, subject to confirmation that we can deliver to your postcode with the required access. Send us your postcode and any access requirements before payment. Melbourne collection is also available by arrangement.
How far will a charge take me?
The supplier lists 50–60 km with a 70 kg load at speeds below 35 km/h. Speed, terrain, rider load, temperature and battery condition change the result. Treat the figure as a stated test condition, not a promise for every ride.
How do I get setup or parts help?
