Put the model before the question.

Begin with Beshare Ridge, supplier model EDB001, your order or payment reference and selected finish. These details connect the request to the product you actually bought. Add a short subject such as “manual request,” “brake component question” or “delivery concern” so the main issue is immediately clear.

Keep this information in your ownership record after receipt. If you contact the team again, include the same reference and explain what has changed since the earlier conversation. Keep personal details and order information out of public comments. Use the support enquiry route for your actual order question.

A CLEAR SUPPORT REQUESTModel / order / evidence
  1. Identify your Ridge

Supplier model EDB001, order reference and the part or area involved.

  2. Describe the detail

Explain what you noticed. The team will confirm the appropriate channel for photos.

  3. Confirm the next step

Ask about parts compatibility and current availability for your actual bike.

Three support steps: identify the bike, describe the question and confirm the next step.
02

Find the instructions that match.

For setup, inspection or charging, use the instructions supplied with your bike and confirm that they apply to the actual battery and charger. If the correct manual is missing, request it before using the bike. Quote the manual title or revision when asking about a particular direction.

A parts listing, social video or similar-looking overseas model cannot establish your setup procedure. Tell support which instruction is unclear and where you found it. Do not dismantle battery cells or attempt improvised charging or wiring changes. If a fault affects safe operation, stop using the bike and ask for the next step.

03

Describe what happened in order.

A useful symptom record separates what you observed from what you think caused it. Note when you first noticed the issue, what was happening at the time and any displayed message or error. Record whether it has happened once or more than once, without recreating a fault that could affect safe operation.

For example, write “the display showed [exact message] during [circumstance]” rather than naming a failed component you have not confirmed. Describe the issue first; the team can explain how to share relevant photographs through the appropriate channel. A clear timeline gives the team a useful account of your observation and keeps the next discussion focused on what needs checking.

Confirm the component, then compatibility.

For a parts enquiry, identify the component, its position on the bike and any visible markings you can read without dismantling it. Explain whether you need help identifying a part, checking a proposed replacement or asking about current availability. Those are distinct questions and may need different information.

Compatibility and parts availability are confirmed for the individual bike. Do not assume a battery, charger, controller or brake part from another branded model is interchangeable because it looks similar. Ask support to confirm the relevant part and next step before purchasing a substitute. Keep the confirmed identification with your order record.

Ask before arranging a return.

If the question concerns damage, a return or warranty support, read the current returns and warranty support page and include your model, order reference and explanation. Keep the packaging while the next step is confirmed. Let the team advise how the relevant photographs should be shared.

Before sending back a bike or battery, confirm the return location and appropriate transport arrangements. Do not send it using an unsuitable service. For change-of-mind questions, ask about applicable conditions before ordering. Keep the team’s reply with your purchase record so the applicable process and any remaining question are easy to find when you follow up.

06

Use this support request worksheet.

Copy these fields into your enquiry. Fill only what you know, and label the rest “not confirmed.”

  • Bike: Ridge / EDB001, finish and order reference.
  • Request: manual, setup clarification, part identification or problem report.
  • Observation: what happened, when and any exact display message.
  • Component: location and visible markings, if relevant.
  • Question: the specific next step you need confirmed.

After the reply, record the instruction, the date and any open question. See Ridge setup, parts and support for the service information, or revisit the arrival log when the question began at receipt.
